John Pasquarella, MAI is proud to announce Pasquarella Real Estate as an experienced commercial real estate appraiser with over 25 years of experience in the industry, and nearly a century built upon three generations in the appraisal business serving Philadelphia. John has a deep understanding of the factors that impact property values and specializes in appraising office buildings, shopping centers, multihousing, industrial distribution, land, and mixed use properties throughout the Philadelphia region.

John's clients have included life insurance companies and pension fund advisors; banks, mortgage lenders and other financial institutions; real estate developers and investors; law firms; businesses; and government agencies. His experience includes valuations for tax appeals, estate/gift tax, condemnation purposes, financing, equity participation, and due diligence support.
